SHIPPING POLICY
 
We ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers to get your pet's new favorite toy to your door as fast as possible.
 
 
PROCESSING TIME
 
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
 
During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
 
 
SHIPPING TIMES
 
Standard Shipping to the United States: 7-15 business days after processing.
Standard Shipping to Canada: 10-20 business days after processing.
 
Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Most orders arrive within 10 business days.
 
 
SHIPPING RATES
 
We charge a flat shipping rate on all orders:
 
Standard Shipping: $4.99 per order
 
This rate applies regardless of how many items are in your order — so bundling saves you on shipping too!
 
 
ORDER TRACKING
 
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
 
Please allow 2-3 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the tracking information. It's normal for tracking to not show movement for the first few days.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
 
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [TU_EMAIL_AQUI] — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it.
 
 
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (CANADA ONLY)
 
For orders shipped to Canada, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
 
 
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
 
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of purchase (25 for Canada), please contact us at [TU_EMAIL_AQUI]. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
 
 
P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
 
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery times to these addresses may be slightly longer.
