- The email address you used to place your order

Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. Still can't find it? Email us with your order number and we'll send it right over.
 
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to the US takes 7-15 business days. Most orders arrive within 10 days. Check our Shipping Policy for full details.
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
 
I received a damaged or wrong item.
We're sorry about that! Send us a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund right away. You don't need to ship anything back.
