REFUND & RETURN POLICY
 
At MyZoomyPaws, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
 
 
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
 
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
 
 
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
 
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as described, we've got you covered — no questions asked.
 
Simply email us at support@myzoomypaws.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
 
We will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do NOT need to ship the item back.
 
 
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
 
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, email us at support@myzoomypaws.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item right away at no extra cost.
 
 
REFUND FOR UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS
 
If you simply changed your mind or the product wasn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review your request and in most cases offer:
 
- A full refund, OR
- A store credit for a future purchase
 
We may ask for a photo of the product to process your request. In most cases, you will NOT need to return the item.
 
 
HOW REFUNDS WORK
 
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
 
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
 
BUNDLES
 
For bundle orders (Duo Fun Pack or Ultimate Zoomy Pack), if one item in the bundle is defective, we will replace that specific item. If you'd like a full refund on the entire bundle, all items must be reported within the 30-day window.
 
 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
 
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@myzoomypaws.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still request a return after delivery.
 
 
SHIPPING TIMES & DELAYS
 
Our products typically ship within 2-5 business days and delivery takes 7-15 business days to the United States. Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to high demand or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
 
 
LOST PACKAGES
 
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and your local post office
2. Wait 48 hours (packages sometimes show as delivered early)
3. If still not found, contact us and we'll work with you on a solution
